In the contemporary internet environment,
digital tests are reshaping self-perception.
Wrapped in a technological guise with an esoteric core,
they spread through entertainment-driven packaging.
People use the results to define themselves,
subtly surrendering control of their self-awareness
to this "digital faith."
在當代互聯網環境中,數字化測試工具正重塑自我認知。這些測試以科技外衣包裹玄學內核,通過娛樂化包裝傳播。人們將測試結果作為自我定義的依據,潛移默化中將自我認知的主導權交給了這種“數字信仰”。

I fused the features of traditional Buddhist statues with
the facial proportions of a baby to reflect
the prevalent trend of "infantilization"
in current virtual tests and entertainment content.
將傳統佛像的特徵與嬰兒的面部比例相融合,以此來反映當下虛擬測試和娛樂內容中普遍存在的"幼態化"傾向。

By showing the inversion, repetition,
and distortion effects of the faith prosthesis,
it metaphorically alludes to the simple logic behind
"entertainment infantilization”.
通過展示信仰假體的翻轉、重復與畸變的效果
來隱喻“娛樂幼態化”背後的簡單邏輯。
Based on the traditional Chinese steps of worshiping Buddha,
I created an interactive film to
guide the audience in asking the faith prosthesis questions
and receiving "answers”.
以中國傳統拜佛步驟為原型,我製作了一個可交互影片來引導觀眾向信仰假體提問並獲取“答案”。

By systematically analyzing the space of traditional Buddha worship,
I extracted its spatial hierarchy and visual focal points to construct a modern interactive environment.
Based on this, I designed the user’s information reception and feedback pathways,
forming a complete experiential process.
通過對傳統佛像祭祀空間的系統化分析,提取其空間層級與視覺重心,建構現代化的交互場境。 在此基礎上設計用戶的信息接收與反饋路徑,形成完整的體驗流程。

When the enormous projection fills the entire space,
the power of this faith prosthesis seems to overwhelmingly influence everyone present.
As the audience follows the prompts,
interacts with the image, and even kneels in prayer,
I realize that I have successfully recreated the absurdity I intended to satirize.
當巨大的投影充滿整個空間時,這個信仰假體的力量彷彿能夠壓倒性地影響在場的每一個人。觀眾們遵循提示並與影像互動甚至下跪祈禱時,我意識到我成功還原了我想要諷刺的荒誕。
